How Audrey Vale Began

My name is Sophie Vale, and I am the owner of Audrey Vale. Fashion has always been a big part of my life, and ten years ago I decided to turn that passion into something of my own. I loved finding beautiful pieces, putting collections together and helping customers choose something they were genuinely happy with. That is how Audrey Vale first began. What started as a small boutique slowly became an important part of my everyday life. From the very beginning, I wanted the store to feel personal, friendly and welcoming. I have always believed that good customer service is just as important as the clothing we offer. Over the years, I have learned a lot from our customers and that has helped shape Audrey Vale into the store it is today. Looking back at those first years, I am incredibly grateful for everything we have built together.

My Passion for Fashion

Even after ten years, choosing new pieces for Audrey Vale is still one of my favourite parts of running the store. I enjoy discovering new styles and carefully selecting clothing that I believe our customers will genuinely enjoy wearing. For me, fashion has never just been about following every new trend. I prefer finding pieces that look beautiful, are easy to wear and can become part of someone's wardrobe for a long time. I also really enjoy speaking with customers and helping whenever someone has a question about an item, sizing or their order. Some women have been shopping with Audrey Vale for years, while others have only recently discovered us. I appreciate every single person who chooses to shop with us. Every order and kind message reminds me why I decided to start Audrey Vale in the first place. Seeing the store grow across Canada has been something I am very proud of.

Looking Forward

Running Audrey Vale has become such an important part of my life, and I am not planning to stop anytime soon. There are still many things I would like to do with the store and many new collections I look forward to sharing. My goal is to continue doing what we have always done, finding beautiful fashion, providing helpful service and treating our customers with care. I want Audrey Vale to continue growing while keeping the personal feeling that has been there since the beginning. After ten years, I still appreciate every customer who visits our store or places an order with us. Without that support, Audrey Vale would not be where it is today. I am very thankful to everyone who has been part of our journey so far. Whether you have been shopping with us for years or have only just found Audrey Vale, thank you for being here.
